In the unlikely event that you forget your password, the Novant MyChart reset process is designed to be easy and secure. When you try to log in and realize you can’t remember your password, the system normally offers a password recovery option. Usually, you may get to this using the “Forgot Password” option on the login page.

How To Reset Your Forgotten Novant MyChart Account Password

Step 7: Confirm New Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm it. Ensure both entries match and click the “Submit” or “Save” button to finalize the password reset process.

To continue accessing your online health record, if you currently have a MyChart account with Novant Health, you will need to complete a one-time upgrade to a Novant Health account.

Following the one-time upgrade to a Novant MyChart account, you can log in to novantmychart.org or the Novant MyChart account mobile app to view your health record and the health records of anyone you have proxy access to.

• Go to the Novant MyChart Login page.
• Enter your MyChart username and password in the spaces provided and click Sign In.

For First-time users: Select the “Sign Up Now” option positioned above the form for user login. There will be a screen to create an account. You have two options for registering: either create a username and input the activation code that the office sends you, or register using the email address you gave them.
