Novant MyChart is an online health management platform provided by Novant Health which offers Patients the effortless opportunities to manage different elements of their healthcare online and access their health information with MyChart. With MyChart, patients are able to:

  • View Medical Records: Get access to your individual medical records, which include test results, vaccination history, and medical history.
  • Plan Appointments: Make, check, and manage your forthcoming doctor’s appointments.
  • Communication: For non-urgent medical queries or concerns, securely communicate with healthcare practitioners.
  • Prescription Management: Check medication lists and request refills for prescriptions.
  • Medical Bill Payment: Access and pay your invoices online.
  • Health Tracking: Keep an eye on vital signs and chart your development over time.
  • Family Access: Use proxy access to oversee the medical care of aging parents or children in your family.

There are a few steps you can take to prove your identity and get back into your account if you can’t remember your Novant MyChart username.

How To Retrieve Your Novant MyChart Username

Step 1: Visit the Novant MyChart Login Page: Launch your browser, then navigate to the Novant MyChart login screen. (https://novantmychart.org).

Step 2: Find the “Forgot Username” Link: On the login page, look for the link that says “Forgot Username?” it’s shown below the login page and click on it. However, if you do not remember your password, you may need to use the “Forgot password?” link first.

Step 3: Enter Required Information: You will be prompted to enter some personal information to verify your identity. Typically, this includes:

  • First and Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email Address or Phone Number

Step 4: Submit the Request: Just immediately you entered the required information, click on the “Submit” button.

Step 5: Check Your Email: In a situation where the data you submitted and the information on file match, your username will be sent to you via email. If needed, check your spam or junk mail folders as well as your inbox for an email from Novant MyChart.

NOTE: If the email includes any additional instructions, follow them to ensure you can access your account successfully.

Novant MyChart Login

To continue accessing your online health record, if you currently have a MyChart account with Novant Health, you will need to complete a one-time upgrade to a Novant Health account.

Following the one-time upgrade to a Novant MyChart account, you can log in to novantmychart.org or the Novant MyChart account mobile app to view your health record and the health records of anyone you have proxy access to.

  • Go to the Novant MyChart Login page.
  • Enter your MyChart username and password in the spaces provided and click Sign In.

For First-time users: Select the “Sign Up Now” option positioned above the form for user login. There will be a screen to create an account. You have two options for registering: either create a username and input the activation code that the office sends you, or register using the email address you gave them.
